Submission Permission & Privacy 

This Submission Permission Contract (the "Contract") becomes effective and binding between Boob-eez, Inc. ("Boob-eez") and the Guest Contributor ("Submitter") upon the Submitter's completion and submission of the designated form. 

Submission Details:

1. The Submitter agrees to provide Boob-eez with the following submission for the BOOBSTORY Blog: 

Reflections on what it means to be a woman in every age, shape and form. BOOBSTORY submissions include funny stories, embarrassing recollections, memorials of the badass women who have shaped generations & PSAs (public service announcements) on female-driven tips and tricks! 

2. The submission may include, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, and any other content specified by the Submitter.

Guest Contributor Acknowledgment:

1. The Submitter acknowledges and agrees to be recognized as a "Guest Contributor" for the submission provided to the BOOBSTORY Blog.

2. Boob-eez will provide a free gift with every entry submitted by the Submitter as a token of appreciation (USA based addresses only). 

Permission Grant:

1. The Submitter grants Boob-eez permission to share, post, advertise, and reference any and all text, images, videos, and other content specified/submitted by the Submitter for the purpose of the BOOBSTORY Blog.

2. The permission granted includes the right to reproduce, distribute, display, and modify the submission as necessary for the promotion and publication of the BOOBSTORY Blog.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

1. Boob-eez agrees not to sell, share, or distribute the Submitter's private contact information provided in connection with the submission without the Submitter's explicit consent.

2. Boob-eez will treat the submission and any personal information with confidentiality and will take reasonable measures to protect the privacy of the Submitter.

Ownership and Rights:

1. The Submitter retains ownership of the submission and all intellectual property rights associated with it.

2. Boob-eez acknowledges that the Submitter is the rightful owner of the submission and will not claim ownership of any part of it.

Perpetuity:

1. This Contract shall remain in effect indefinitely, providing a perpetual license for Boob-eez to use the submission.

Termination:

1. This Contract may be terminated by the Submitter with written notice to Boob-eez. This written notice may be submitted via email or letter.

Upon termination, Boob-eez shall cease using the submission and remove it from the BOOBSTORY Blog and any additional outlets immediately. 

Governing Law:

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of The State of Florida.
