Full-Priced Merchandise

We happily accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of the ship date, provided items are:

  • Unworn

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

To start a return, please email hello@boob-eez.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Once approved, we’ll send you a return label along with next steps.

👉 Please clearly write your RA number on the outside of the return package to ensure quick and smooth processing.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

Price Matching

At this time, Boob-eez.com does not offer price matching.

Our products may also be available through other authorized retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Discount Dance, and specialty boutiques nationwide. Pricing and promotions may vary by retailer and channel.

Can I Return Nipple Covers?

Because nipple covers are considered an intimate, personal-use item, they must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds on nipple covers that have been opened, worn, or tampered with — even if they were only tried on briefly.

🌱 Easy Steps to Recycle Your Boob-eez

1️⃣ Reach out to us
Email hello@boob-eez.com or DM us on Instagram @boob_eez to get started.
Please include:

  • Your name

  • Email address

  • Mailing address

  • Your most recent Boob-eez.com order number (optional, but helpful)

2️⃣ Receive your recycling kit
Once we hear from you, we’ll send:

  • A unique reference number

  • A pre-paid shipping label

3️⃣ Pack up your pasties
Follow the packing instructions below and send them our way using USPS or UPS.

4️⃣ Recycle & save!
Once we receive your old covers, we’ll email you a unique 20% OFF code toward a brand-new pair on boob-eez.com 🎉

📦 Packing Instructions (Important!)

  • Clearly write your unique reference number on the outside of the package

  • Place old covers in a sealed zip-lock bag (or original packaging)

  • Put the sealed bag inside a mail-ready envelope

  • Seal with tape, apply the pre-paid label, and send via the specified carrier
